Hi, I’m Dawn Hunter! I’ve called Kitsap County home for over 35 years and have been helping people with their mortgage needs for more than 20 years. I work with clients throughout Poulsbo, Kingston, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island and the surrounding communities.

While Kitsap County is home, I’m personally licensed in Washington, Oregon, Missouri, Kansas and Texas. Through my team at Summit Lending, I can also help connect you with financing in other states where Summit is licensed. Along with conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo loans, I work with self-employed borrowers and real estate investors who may need a different approach to financing. I also specialize in reverse mortgages, including using a reverse mortgage to purchase your next home.

My favorite part of what I do is getting to know my clients and helping them understand their options. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about the decisions you’re making.
